I have made the leap from standard white self-raising flour to organic white spelt flour for my home baked scones and honestly, I can barely taste the difference but it's good to know I've just made my scones a whole lot healthier!

Great products. My only criticism is about the lids for this and similar containers. They're difficult to open and sometimes the powder goes everywhere. They should change to a user-friendly flip top lid that opens in one place. I'm surprised they've not changed them by now. They should use their own products and they would know the shortcomings.

The high protein (16%)makes a light airy loaf. I use 20% with a strong white in my sourdough bread. Its the best I've tasted and have put it again on my birthday list: a real winner!
