Graduate Sales Operations Executive 

This is a new role; you will be working directly for the Senior National Account Manager but providing support across all areas of the sales function.

We are looking for a forward thinking, proactive individual. You will ideally be a self-starter with a strong ability to collaborate with differing teams within the business and work independently when required.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised person with exceptional communication and numerical skills.

This is an ideal role to learn the ways of working at Doves Farm Foods. Career development will be actively encouraged with possible regional account management responsibilities being undertaken within 12-18 months.

Supply Chain Coordinator

Reporting to the Head of Logistics and Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Co-ordinator will be processing customer orders and deliveries, dealing with any issues that our customers might face and producing the necessary reporting and administration to allow the supply chain to run smoothly and efficiently. 

Production Manager

To lead, manage and maximize the efficiency of the Biscuit, Bakery and Extrusion Baking Process focusing on leading the Cereal Team, organising and implementing the production plan and producing high quality, profitable foods.

National Account Manager

Due to continued rapid expansion we are looking to recruit two experienced National Account Managers to join our sales team.

You will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in either the Foodservice or Discount Channel.

As a National account manager, you should be organised and able to analyse performance metrics. We also expect you to have good negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers.
Ultimately, you should be able to facilitate communication with customers and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.
