Ingredients: flour (wheat* calcium carbonate, iron, thiamine, niacin), raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate).
Allergy advice: for all allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of barley, rye.

Milled in the UK with EU & Non-EU wheat.
Storage: roll down the top after use and store in a cool dry place.

Excellent flour I think the organic is.much better that the ordinary just wish you done it fir gluten free that would be brilliant
