Product adequate but I'm disappointed in the small package size. I'd much rather be able to buy a larger package than many small packages, sustainabilty-wise

I used this flour to make waffles. I’m not gluten intolerant and I wasn’t expecting to be impressed but they were delicious with a light crispy cakey texture. I adapted the recipe from the vegetarian times. I now want to use this flour more often in baking.
