I have used this in conjunction with Doves Farm Wholemeal Spelt to make a Spelt loaf and also a toasted seed spelt loaf in my Panasonic bread maker. Excellent results

This flour is absolutely sublime it really is a superb addition to my life and i'm so glad I have it. It really has raised my baking game to a whole new level I use this flour to make burger buns and they are absolutely a massive hit, especially in burger season. I also use it as one of the flours in my sourdough
