WHEN WILL A PRODUCT BE BACK IN STOCK?  WHEN WILL THE WEBSHOP BE OPEN?

Our shop is currently open every day, but with a limited range. On certain lines – like our Organic Baking Box – we also have very limited stock availability each day (and only on weekdays), and when we have sold out that item will be shown as “out of stock”. There may be certain days when there is no stock available on the most popular lines.

 

CAN I ORDER OVER THE TELEPHONE?

Unfortunately no, we cannot take payment details over the telephone.  Please do not call to try and make a purchase over the phone.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO SAY TO EXPECT DELIVERY BUT DPD SAY THEY DON'T HAVE MY PARCEL YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

As we are pre-packing boxes and printing labels in batches, sometimes a DPD email will be sent out prior to a box being despatched.  Usually an order will be despatched the same day or the following day from an email being sent out.  There is no need to do anything, your order will be delivered usually within three to five working days, often sooner.

 

WHY ARE THE 'GLUTEN FREE FOOD BOX’, ‘ORGANIC FLOUR BOX’ AND SOME 16KG SACKS THE ONLY ITEMS YOU SELL?

We have had to streamline our webshop operation as much as possible to allow us to help as many customers as possible during this challenging time.

Drastically reducing the number of items we sell makes it quicker for us to pack and ship out to customers, thus allowing us to serve more people.

 

CAN I CHANGE ITEMS IN MY BOX?

Unfortunately no. To keep up with the demand for orders we are pre-packing these boxes, which means that selecting specific items is not possible at this time.

 

ARE YOU ABLE TO TAKE ADVANCE ORDERS FOR YOUR BOXES?  CAN I BE PUT ON A LIST?

We cannot currently take advance orders. Similarly, we do not currently have an alert option where we can tell you when the shop will be open. However, our intention is to have the shop open during the morning most weekdays until we have reached our maximum order capacity for that day. Please check back to the website regularly and we hope you will find it open more frequently, as we increase our capacity to deliver.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I CAN PURCHASE ONE OF YOUR BOXES?

WHY CAN’T I BUY MORE THAN THREE ITEMS PER ORDER?

We want to help as many people who need gluten free or organic food as we possibly can so are limiting orders in this way to allow us to reach more people.

 

AN ITEM IN MY BOX IS DAMAGED WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If one of your items has been damaged in transit please email us at weborders@dovesfarm.co.uk, including your order number, postal address and details of the item damaged (with a photo if possible).
