The Doves Farm Organic Heritage Seeded Flour is a blend of organic wholemeal bread flour and ancient grain flours spelt, emmer and einkorn, expertly mixed with teff grain, sunflower, poppy and brown linseeds. A flour packed full of flavour and texture, it is perfect for baking a flavoursome, slightly closed yet soft crumb bread.
This product is Soil Association and Kosher certified.

This is lovely flour. I didn't know what to expect at first, so I substituted it for half the strong white in my usual 50:50 bread mix and was absolutely delighted with the outcome. It adds a slight crustiness to the loaf and enhances the flavour of what is always a very tasty bread, making it even more irresistible. I make bread by hand, if that's relevant - but I'm sure it would be fine in a machine, too.

I often think that I can't actually taste the difference between flour in bread but this one I definitely can. I have been mixing it with some strong white bread flour about half half for my sourdough. It makes a great sourdough loaf and is delicious and nutritious.

Absolutely 5 star! I mixed this 50/50 with wholemeal bread flour and used my wholemeal sourdough starter - it made wonderful sourdough loaves full of flavour with a nice moist texture (without being heavy). I love the seeds too. Please could we have this in a larger sack - it’s quite pricey by the 1kg bag.

Just made a loaf following the packet recipe . Used a food processor to knead for a few minutes and took out of bread tin and baked the loaf a final five minutes to get a good crust. I’m so impressed. The loaf was easy to make, rose well and tasted delicious and light. I’m currently doing the ZOE health app thing and this loaf scores well for me due to its high fibre levels and mix of gut friendly heritage grains. Really pleased with this flour blend.
