Made from organically grown wheat, Doves Farm Organic Seedhouse Bread Flour is a light bread flour mixed with organic pumpkin, sunflower, poppy, millet and golden linseeds. This flour can be used in bread machines or to make a hand bake, and creates a tasty homemade seeded loaf, light in colour but big on taste and texture. Perfect for sandwiches.
This product is Soil Association and Kosher certified.

This is the first time I have used this flour. I followed the instructions on the reverse of the bag to the letter. The loves were magnificent. A lovely soft crumb with an open texture I have not seen before. And a lovely flavour.

This has taken my sourdough game to an entirely new level. I didn't know I needed this in my life until I made that top tier sourdough. This is actually my new go to for bread. If you are in two minds about this flour and any other one, deffo go for this one. Honestly. You can thank me later

Another hit from Dove's farm! Substituted for some of my usual 50:50 white:wholewheat flour (I tried 25% and 50% - both were really successful), this makes a light and tasty bread. In fact, I liked it so much I ran out without realising! This will now form part of my regular breadmaking mix.
