We have an extensive specialist product range in both bulk and retail ready packaging covering White and Wholemeal flours, ancient grains like Spelt, Rye, Emmer and Einkorn as well as specialist flours such as Coconut, Oat and Brown Rice. We mill using traditional stone milling techniques as well as modern roller mills, which allows us to pick the best method for the job and deliver outstanding flour every time.

For customers unable to meet our minimum order requirements, our products are stocked by many national and regional wholesalers in the UK, who work to a variable but much reduced minimum order value.
3) Online shop
Quick and easy to use, with no minimum order quantity, our webshop stocks a good range of bulk and retail products and is perfect for small orders.
