Mild in flavour, pale in colour, this stoneground ancient grain flour has a subtle buttery taste and makes great bread and pasta. It can be used in bread machines or as a hand bake.
Khorasan is an ancient grain which can be traced back to the Fertile Crescent and legends exist of it being found in Egyptian tombs.
