I have used this in conjunction with Doves Farm Wholemeal Spelt to make a Spelt loaf and also a toasted seed spelt loaf in my Panasonic bread maker. Excellent results

Soft powdery texture. I use it for a sourdough bread baked in a bread-maker, I’m very pleased with the result.
A wonderfull light and so fine ly milled it makes bakeing a pleasure with wonderfull cakes and scones I will try the whole meal bread flours soon
