I usually mix this with wheat wholemeal flour and the loaves are less crumbly and very tasty. thank you

I add 20% Khorasan to the dough for a white loaf. It adds flavour and some fibre without affecting the rise or texture.
Khorasan also makes an excellent wholemeal loaf.
