This is the best rye flour I have ever tried for making homemade bread.

Just made a loaf following the packet recipe . Used a food processor to knead for a few minutes and took out of bread tin and baked the loaf a final five minutes to get a good crust. I’m so impressed. The loaf was easy to make, rose well and tasted delicious and light. I’m currently doing the ZOE health app thing and this loaf scores well for me due to its high fibre levels and mix of gut friendly heritage grains. Really pleased with this flour blend.
I made a rye and caraway bread using a 50/50 mixture of rye and strong white flours, it was amazing and so tasty. The loaf also lasted much longer than shop bought bread, being as fresh on the fifth day as it was on baking day, although the crust was not as crispy.
