Teff Chocolate Chip Cookies

Firm on the outside and moist in the centre, these tasty cookies are gluten free and can be made without dairy too. Try using our organic, gluten free Plain Chocolate Chips, we are sure you will love the result!

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  1. Line a baking tray with parchment and pre-heat the oven.
  2. Sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Put the butter and sugar into another bowl and beat together until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the water and vanilla.
  5. Beat in the prepared flour and milk.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Place spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each for spreading.
  8. Bake for 22-25 minutes
