When frozen transfer them to a bag, seal, label and return to the freezer. 2-3 months Decant the pies or tarts you require onto a baking tray and leave them to thaw at room temperature for about 2-3 hours OR put them back onto the original baking tray and bake into an oven preheated to 190°C, Fan 170°C, 375°F, Gas 5 for 15-20 minutes
Yule Log

Make, fill and roll up the yule log but do not add the topping. Wrap the yule log in parchment and kitchen foil, label and freeze. 1 month Unwrap the yule log and stand at room temperature for 2-3 hours before adding the topping.
