Ingredients: spelt wheat

Allergy advice: for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of barley, rye.

Milled in the UK with EU & Non-EU spelt. 

Storage: roll down the top after use, store in a cool dry place.

Packaging material: paper.

Just finished baking two loaves using spelt flour. I took on board tips from your reviews. That has to be the best tasting flour I’ve ever used for bread making. What’s more, its so healthy for you. Well done guys for producing such a wonderful, full of flavour ancient flour.

Good advice to use rapid setting on breadmaker. Previously using normal setting as advised by Panasonic which overkneads and as flour has less gluten much better result on rapid setting
