Perfectly milled, organic, white flour ideal for bread making, rolls and sourdoughs. 

This product is Soil Association and Kosher certified. 

ORGANIC Strong White Bread Flour

Ingredients: flour (wheat*, calcium carbonate, iron, thiamine, niacin), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Allergy advice: for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of barley, rye. 

*Organic produce.

Milled in the UK with EU & Non-EU wheat. 

Storage: roll down the top after use and store in a cool dry place.

Packaging material: paper. 

Always cook flour before consumption.

Used this flour for my first attempt at making hot cross buns. We don't have a bread-maker so all the kneading was done by hand, using your recipe. I love the clear instructions, and it all worked out beautifully! Thanks!

I managed to buy the organic strong white bread flour from the supermarket , (never bought it before). It was absolutely delicious. It baked perfectly in my breadmaker and was eaten in a flash!! I will certainly be buying it again along with other flavors .

Just bought this doves farm organic flour from sainsburys in Hamilton Hamilton south Lanarkshire on Friday past made my first sandwich loaf of bread in my morphy Richard's fast bake bread maker...The bread is fantastic.. lovely texture and flavour will defo buy more if I can find it in store during this pandemic ...

Recently purchased a 16kg bag of this flour, and baked a white loaf as soon as it arrived. Absolutely delicious - great flavour, and I love the texture! It produces really good bread in my Panasonic Breadmaker, both white and multi-seed loaves. 'Strongly' recommended!

Makes great Classic Sourdough French Bread using San Francisco Sourdough starter. I've tried other Dove flours with this, too, but strong white flour is still my favourite and produces the best rise.

This flour make excellent No Knead bread, Bread Machine Bread and lovely dough for garlic breads too. I only add oil (extra virgin olive oil or macadamia nut oil) when making the dough for garlic bread, for normal slicing bread I use flour, water, yeast and salt only, no sugar or oil, recipes all work perfectly.

I use Dove's Farm flours exclusively, this Organic white makes a fantastic loaf using the Dove Farms recipe. Rather than vegetable oil I add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into the mix, totally scrummy.
