Milled from strong hard wheat and sieved to make a fine wheat bread flour. Ideal for use in bread machines, for oven baked yeast cookery and profiteroles.

This product is Soil Association and Kosher certified. 

ORGANIC Strong White Bread Flour

Ingredients: wheat flour* (contains GLUTEN), ascorbic acid, statutory nutrients (calcium carbonate, iron, thiamine and niacin).

Ingredients from more than one country. Milled in the UK.

Storage: to keep your flour at its best, roll down the top after use and store in a cool dry place.

This flour make excellent No Knead bread, Bread Machine Bread and lovely dough for garlic breads too. I only add oil (extra virgin olive oil or macadamia nut oil) when making the dough for garlic bread, for normal slicing bread I use flour, water, yeast and salt only, no sugar or oil, recipes all work perfectly.

I use Dove's Farm flours exclusively, this Organic white makes a fantastic loaf using the Dove Farms recipe. Rather than vegetable oil I add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into the mix, totally scrummy.
