Organic Strong White Bread Flour 16kg

I thought this was just going to be another overpriced organic flour. Boy, was I wrong! You can really taste the difference and my bread is light and tasty. And even though the delivery charge is a bit steep, it turned up the next day. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Excellent service. Delivery received day after ordering. Well packaged for delivery and for storage. Flour is excellent too. I have used to make delicious soft rolls and crusty light loaves. I have mixed 80/20 with doves wholemeal flour and works well.

I have been so grateful for the ability to purchase 16kg of bread flour throughout covid! I use this to make and feed my sourdough starter and make bread at home. Its so so worth the very reasonably priced money. The flour is great quality, and the bread comes out wonderful. I don't want to ever use anything else!

I adore this flour. In fact, I won't use any other brand of strong white flour because the results simply don't taste right. If it isn't Doves, I don't buy it! I love the way this flour behaves when proving, as well as the delicious aroma and the creamy crumb of the finished loaf. All I use are the flour, water, dried yeast and Himalayan salt, and the result is yummy. I use this flour on its own or mix it with various other Doves Farm bread flours, such as malthouse and spelt. I am so grateful to have been able to buy 16kg sacks of this during lockdown because all the shops near me had run out and I was in despair of being able to find any for baking.

Phenomenonal rise and expansion for my sourdough loaves with this flour. The dough is light and airy. It doesn't have lots of big holes but is light nevertheless. Might have to experiment with my technique to get a more open crumb throughout. Good flavour too. Consistent results.

This is fabulous flour have used for every day bread which is delicious. Finger rolls burger rolls & pizza dough all are amazing. So easy to use in a bread machine..
