Finally I have found a cereal that I can eat without it triggering my IBS. It is flavoursome and I have no problem eating it regularly. Thank you from my tummy???. I can highly recommend the ancient grain fruit and fibre flakes.

I really was not disappointed by this lovely cereal. It has a nice crunch to it and full of flavour. As a diabetic I have to watch the carbs but 30g of this is still satisfying and substantial. Really enjoyed it.

Love these fruit and fibre Flakes. Great crunchy texture which lasts well with milk. Fabulous nutty flavour, beats other fruit and fibre brands hands down. Less fruit than standard brands - could do with more - but I wouldn't go back to other brands as these Flakes are far superior.

When I was buying my bread flour I thought I would try these new cereals. I liked all of the 3 different types I bought but this one ‘Fruit and Fibre Flakes’ was definitely the best cereal. - delicious, healthy, good for the digestion and nourishing. This is real food in a box and I certainly will buy it again. Well recommended.❤️
