Tried this and enjoyed it with berries , a little cinnamon and milk .It has a nice nutty taste and found it was quite filling . I intend mixing it in with my kefir yogurt tomorrow.Its just satisfying to know there are no added sugars or other nastiest . Thank you

I find this an excellent alternative to other branded cereals. The flakes taste pleasantly nutty and have a good crunch factor in milk. I find them filling, especially when served with berries and slices of banana. I like to put a dollop of natural yoghurt on top, making it a luxurious breakfast.
