Simply the best!! I love these cereal! They are tasty and with no added sugar. Simple yet very yummy! I make my own healthier version of fruit and fibre using these by adding nuts and some dried pineapple…so good!! 😊

I enjoyed these, quite crunchy even sitting in milk and while not sweet, don't need sugar. Gentle on the stomach and bowel which is important for IBS patients etc. Recommended.
