Organic Seedhouse Bread Flour

Our Organic Seedhouse Bread Flour is a delicious light bread flour packed with 5 seeds ready to bake into a tasty, soft Seedhouse loaf. Made from sustainably grown organic wheat, this flour is expertly milled leaving just a bit of the bran for colour and flavour and then mixed with organic pumpkin, sunflower, poppy, millet and golden linseeds. Works well in bread machines or as a hand bake.

ORGANIC Heritage Seeded Bread Flour

Our Heritage Seeded Bread Flour is a delicious blend of organic wholemeal ancient grain flours: spelt, emmer and einkorn, and our wholemeal bread flour carefully mixed with teff grain, sunflower, poppy and brown linseeds. The result is a flour packed with flavour and texture, which bakes into a flavoursome, slightly closed, yet soft crumb wholemeal seeded bread. Works well in bread machines or as a hand bake. Organic STONEGROUND Wholemeal Spelt Flour

Our Organic Stoneground Wholemeal Spelt Flour is milled from the finest, sustainably grown organic spelt, the delicious, wheaty, nutty flavour of this stoneground ancient grain flour works well in all baking. For bread baking, it can also be used in a bread machine.

Spelt was widely grown in Roman times and legend has it the Roman army called it their “marching grain”. Doves Farm was the first to reintroduce spelt to UK soils.

Organic Wholemeal Emmer Flour

Our Organic Wholemeal Emmer Flour is milled from organic, sustainably grown grain, this stoneground wholemeal flour is buttery and wheaty in flavour and is delicious in bread and cakes. Emmer is an early wheat variety once grown in the Bronze and Iron Ages and has since been rediscovered. It produces delicious loaves of bread but can also be used in place of your usual wholemeal flour.

Organic Wholemeal Einkorn Flour

Our Organic Wholemeal Einkorn Flour is milled from organic, sustainably grown grain, this deep, earthy flour is stone ground from the earliest variety of wheat. Use it to bake rustic-style bread and cakes. Einkorn is the oldest member of the wheat family and used to be a staple across the Mediterranean over 20,000 years ago. Einkorn makes delicious loaves but has fragile gluten so avoid over kneading.

We eat bread from this flour almost every day. It's our house's go-to. It's warm and malty and toasts beautifully. (It would have had 5stars, except now I've tasted the Heritage loaf. OMG)
