Our founder Clare Marriage wins the Superhero award at the 2017 FreeFrom Food Awards! This one-off award marks the 10-year anniversary of the FreeFrom Food Awards.


Presented by Antony Worrall Thompson on 28th March 2017 at the Royal College of Physicians in London, Clare achieved the award for her amazing contribution to the growth of free from foods and the development of her free from flour blends - bread flour, plain flour, self raising flour. [The] blends are all but interchangeable with ‘normal’ wheat flour and have turned the whole business of gluten-free baking from a nightmare to a pleasure.
