Gluten Free White Chocolate and Cranberry Crispy Cakes

Makes 15 crispy cakes

A grown-up version of this classic tea-time treat combines white chocolate and cranberries – perfect for picnics and parties. Alternatively, you could, of course, use milk or plain chocolate.

Change Quantities:
  1. Stand the cake cases in the holes of the cake trays.
  2. Gently melt together the butter, golden syrup and white chocolate.
  3. Once combined, stir in the cereal flakes and dried cranberries.
  4. Divide the mixture between the prepared cake cases.
  5. Chill until set.
