Teff Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 100g Doves Farm Organic Teff Flour
  • 1 tsp FREEE Baking Powder
  • 75g butter (or vegan spread)
  • 75g sugar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp milk (or vegan milk)
  • 75g Doves Farm Organic Chocolate Chips


  1. Line a baking tray with parchment and pre-heat the oven.
  2. Sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Put the butter and sugar into another bowl and beat together until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the water and vanilla.
  5. Beat in the prepared flour and milk.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Place spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each for spreading.
  8. Bake for 22-25 minutes
