Sweet Millet Porridge

This pleasing alternative to traditional oat porridge is also very good with a pinch each of ground ginger, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.

Free from Gluten, Egg, Soya, Wheat, Dairy, Nuts
Vegetarian, Wholemeal, Without crystal sugar


Change Quantities:
  1. Put the flour and liquid into a saucepan.
  2. Cook over a medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring as the porridge thickens.
  3. Mix in the honey and serve.
