Quinoa, Onion and Red Wine Gravy
Doves Farm Organic Quinoa Flour

Slice the onion thinly and put it into a saucepan with the butter.
Cover and cook gently for 5 minutes or until the onion softens without browning.
Add the stock and wine and bring to the boil.
Put the flour and the water into a bowl and mix into a paste.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the paste.
Return the saucepan to gentle heat, stirring as the sauce thickens.
Simmer gently for 2 minutes for the flour to cook.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
