Mac ‘n’ Cheese is a classic American pasta dish – everyone loves it. This creamy meal is truly delicious made using our Brown Rice Penne with the added bonus of fresh tomatoes.
Put the butter, flour and milk into a saucepan and stir over a gentle heat until thickened.
Stir the cheese into the sauce, season with salt and pepper.
Bring a large pan of salted water to a rapid boil and cook the pasta as per instructions on the back of the packet.
Drain the pasta and stir it into the cheese sauce, then tip into an oven proof dish.
Slice or halve the tomatoes and place them on top.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.

First time using this recipe, worked a treat! How i miss having macaroni in a pub restaurant! Nowhere ever offers gluten free macaroni. Decided it's about time I made my own! Even my 5 year old loved it :)
