Honey and Spelt Cookies


  • 175g Doves Farm Organic Stoneground Wholemeal Spelt Flour
  • ½ tsp FREEE Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 100g honey
  • 100ml sunflower oil


  1. Line a baking tray with parchment and pre-heat the oven.
  2. Sieve in the flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Add the honey and oil and stir to make a thick batter.
  4. Take a good teaspoon of batter and place it on the prepared baking tray. Repeat with the remaining batter, leaving space for expansion cookie to expand.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
