Gluten Free White Sauce


  • 50g FREEE by Doves Farm Plain White Flour
  • 50g butter (or vegan butter)
  • 425ml milk (or vegan milk)
  • salt and pepper


  1. Put the flour, butter and milk into a saucepan over a medium heat stirring all the time.
  2. Continue stirring as the sauce thickens, bring to the boil and cook for a minute.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
