Gluten Free White Sauce

This all in one method makes a great basic white sauce. Depending on how you plan to use the sauce, grated cheese or chopped parsley can be added at the last moment.

Free from Gluten, Egg, Soya, Wheat, Dairy, Nuts
Vegetarian, Vegan, Without crystal sugar


Change Quantities:
  1. Put the flour, butter and milk into a saucepan over medium heat stirring all the time.
  2. Continue stirring as the sauce thickens, bring to the boil and cook for a minute
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.



Cooking time

3-6 minutes
This sauce is sooo easy and a perfect substitute for the real thing!
