Gluten Free Quick Bread

Makes 2

Free from Gluten, Soya, Wheat, Nuts
Vegetarian, Without crystal sugar


Change Quantities:
  1. Put the flour, rosemary or cumin and salt into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Add the yogurt and water and stir to make a sticky dough. Leave the dough to stand for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Turn out the dough onto a floured work surface and divide it in half.
  4. Lightly flour the dough and gently form each ball of dough into a 10cm/4” circle.
  5. Transfer the dough circles into a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat or an oiled rack in the cool area of the BBQ.
  6. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the base is flecked with brown spots.  Using tongs or a spatula, turn the quick breads over and cook on the other side.
