Gluten Free Overnight Oats and Berries


  • 40g FREEE Porridge Oats
  • 100ml milk or vegan milk
  • 75g mixed berries (frozen or fresh)


  1. Put the oats into a bowl, glass or container with a lid.
  2. Pour on the milk.
  3. Add mixed berries from the freezer or fresh berries on top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Enjoy your overnight oats in the morning.
