Gluten Free Overnight Oats and Berries

Mix your oats with dairy or plant-based milk, rest them in the fridge overnight and by the next morning you will have a pleasingly, creamy, fruity, ready to eat breakfast treat. If you are time pressed in the morning, make your overnight oats in a sealed container take them when you leave the home and enjoy them later. Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  1. Put the oats into a bowl, glass or container with a lid.
  2. Pour on the milk.
  3. Add mixed fresh berries or berries from the freezer.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Enjoy your overnight oats in the morning.
