Use dairy milk or plant-based milk for the overnight soaking of your oats. We like to add some mixed fruit and berries from a bag kept in the deep freeze although you can add any soft fruit.
The next morning you will have a pleasingly, creamy, fruity ready to eat breakfast. If you are time-pressed in the morning, make your overnight oats in a sealed container, take them when you leave the home to enjoy later.
