Gluten Free Oven Baked White Bread


  • 450g FREEE White Bread Flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Doves Farm Quick Yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 325ml milk
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp oil


  1. Brush the inside of 1kg/2lb bread tin with oil.
  2. Mix together the flour, salt, yeast and sugar.
  3. In a large bowl whisk the eggs.
  4. Beat in the milk and vinegar.
  5. Stir the liquid into the flour.
  6. Add half the oil and mix well.
  7. Drizzle the remaining oil over the sticky batter/dough and turn the mixture a couple of times in the bowl to encourage the formation of a doughy mass.
  8. Tip the dough in the prepared tin and smooth the top.
  9. Cover with oiled cling film and leave to rise in a warm place for 90 minutes.
  10. Pre-heat the oven.
  11. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 40-45 minutes.
  12. Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
