Easy Gluten Free Choc Chip and Pine Nut Cookies

Makes 12 -14 cookies

This classic nutty chocolate chip cookie combination is made using our FREEE Choc Chip Cookie Mix and pine nuts.

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Rub some oil around the inside of two baking trays.
  3. Empty the choc chip cookie mix into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the water and stir to make a lumpy mix.
  5. Stir in the oil.
  6. Divide the mixture into 12-14 piles of dough and roll each into a ball.
  7. Transfer the dough balls to the baking trays, spacing them out.
  8. Sprinkle the pine nuts over the cookies and press them into the top of each cookie gently with the palm of your hand.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
