Gluten Free Mini Choc Chip and Cherry Cookies

Makes 60 mini cookies

Use Freee Choc Chip Cookie Mix to make these great little cookie biscuits, ideal for serving with a cup of coffee or nibbling anytime. They would also make a great addition to your party repertoire.

Free from Gluten, Egg, Soya, Wheat, Nuts
Vegetarian, Vegan


Change Quantities:
  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  3. Empty the Cookie mix into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the water and stir to make a lumpy mix.
  5. Stir in the oil.
  6. Take a grape sized piece of dough, weighing 6g, and roll it into a ball.
  7. Space out the dough balls on the prepared baking trays.
  8. Cut the cherries in half and press a half onto each ball of dough.
  9. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
  10. When cold serve on a plate or in small paper cake cases.
