Easy Gluten Free Machine Baked Seeded Bread Loaf

Makes 1 loaf

This pleasing seeded loaf is made using our FREEE Seeded Bread Mix.  Alternatively, you could add your own seeds to gluten free flour in these recipes for Gluten Free Seeded Brown Bread Machine Loaf or Gluten Free Seeded Oven Baked Loaf.

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  1. Put the water and oil into the machine pan.
  2. Tip the seeded bread mix on top.
  3. Check the pan is locked into position and close the lid.
  4. Close the lid and turn the machine to the gluten free program or use the basic rapid program.
  5. Select the dark crust option if available.
  6. Check the pan is locked into position and start the machine.
  7. Carefully remove the bread pan from the machine as soon as it has finished baking.
  8. Tip the bread out of the pan and remove the mixer paddle from the bottom of the loaf.
  9. Cool the bread on a wire rack.
  10. For best results wait until the bread is cold before slicing.
