Gluten Free Hand Made Loaf using FREEE Seeded Bread Mix

Makes 1 loaf

Simply add oil and water to the Freee Seeded Bread Mix to make this amazing gluten free loaf.

Free from Gluten, Peanuts, Egg, Soya, Wheat, Dairy, Nuts
Vegetarian, Vegan, Without crystal sugar


Change Quantities:
  1. Rub oil around the inside of a 1kg/2lb loaf tin and pre-heat the oven.
  2. Put the bread mix, water and 2 spoons of the oil into a large bowl and mix to a thick batter.
  3. Add the last spoon of oil, turn over the doughy mass and tip it into the prepared tin.
  4. Smooth the top and cover loosely with oiled cling film.
  5. Leave in a warm place until the dough has risen to the top of the tin, 45-90 minutes.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
