Loaf made in oven had a good crust but the inside was not cooked and the loaf did not rise.’ Second loaf made in Panasonic bread machine also had a good crust only then sank and was not cooked inside. Very disappointling.

With regards to your query, there may be various contributing factors which may be causing this (1) please always ensure to use the correct QTY of liquid of 430ml which also equates to the same in grams if this is easier for you (2) Always use tepid water as this will allow the yeast to work (3) With your bread machine; if possible please always use the Gluten Free setting on your machine and finally (4) always use the correct oven temperature as per our recipe.
