Easy Gluten Free Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes 8 giant cookies

These super indulgent, giant cookies are really easy to make using Freee Choc Chip Cookie Mix - you only need to add water and oil!

Free from Gluten, Egg, Soya, Wheat, Nuts
Vegetarian, Vegan

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Empty the Cookie mix into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the water and stir to make a lumpy mix.
  5. Stir in the oil.
  6. Divide the mixture into 8 balls of dough.
  7. Space out the dough balls on the prepared baking tray.
  8. Flatten the balls slightly with the palm of your hand.
  9. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
