Gluten Free Fruit Scones


  • 225g FREEE White Bread Flour
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 5 tsp FREEE Baking Powder
  • 200ml milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 50g sultanas
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • oil, for tray
  • flour, for dusting


  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Rub some oil around the inside of a large baking tray or insert a baking liner.
  3. Measure the flour, icing sugar and baking powder into a bowl, stir to combine and sieve into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the milk, sultanas and oil and stir until the mix thickens.
  5. Divide the dough into 9 mounds on the prepared tray.
  6. Dust the top of each mound with flour and use your fingers to gently form each into a small circle 3cm/1¼” thick.
  7. Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
