Easy Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookies


  • 1 FREEE Choc Chip Cookie Mix
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • oil, for trays


  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Rub some oil around the inside of two baking trays.
  3. Empty the choc chip cookie mix into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the water and stir to make a lumpy mix.
  5. Stir in the oil.
  6. Divide the mixture into 12-15 piles of dough and roll each into a ball.
  7. Space out the dough balls on the prepared baking trays.
  8. Flatten the balls slightly with the palm of your hand.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
