Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes 12 cookies

Made using Freee Choc Chip Cookie Mix which is packed with indulgent chocolate chips - you only need to add water and oil to rustle up these tasty gluten-free cookies. So easy to bake, even when you’re pushed for time!

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Empty the Cookie mix into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the water and stir to make a lumpy mix.
  5. Stir in the oil.
  6. Divide the mixture into 12 balls of dough.
  7. Space out the dough balls on the prepared baking tray.
  8. Flatten the balls slightly with the palm of your hand.
  9. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
