Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins


  • 175g FREEE Plain White Flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 3 tsp FREEE Baking Powder
  • 100g sugar
  • 100g ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 75g oil
  • 100ml water
  • 75g Doves Farm Chocolate Chips


  1. Stand the muffin cases in the holes of a muffin or tart tray and pre-heat the oven.
  2. Sieve the flour, cocoa and baking powder into large bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Stir in the sugar.
  4. In another bowl mash the banana with the egg and vanilla. Beat in the oil then the water.
  5. Stir the banana mixture into the prepared flour mixture to make a thick batter.
  6. Divide the batter between the prepared muffin cases.
  7. Scatter chocolate chips over the top of each muffin.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes
