Gluten Free Tapioca Cheese Snack Biscuits

Makes 30 snack biscuits

These tasty snack biscuits are an ideal gluten free nibble to serve at a celebration. Store any leftover Cheese Snack Biscuits in a tin.

Free from Gluten, Egg, Soya, Wheat, Nuts
Vegetarian, Without crystal sugar

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Rub some oil round the inside of two large baking trays or insert a baking liner.
  3. Finely grate the parmesan into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the tapioca, baking powder, salt, pepper and paprika and stir to combine.
  5. Spoon the water and oil into the bowl and stir to make a paste.
  6. Take a small teaspoon of the paste, roll it into a ball and place on the prepared baking trays.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  8. Leave to cool and when quite cold, store in a tin.

electric beaters, 2 x large baking trays and mixing bowl

200°C, Fan 180°C, 400°F, Gas 6        

Cooking time

18-20 minutes
Delicious biscuits, lovely texture - crisp on the outside, slightly chewy on the inside. Easy to make too. You would never guess they were gluten free.
