A vegan version of gluten free brown bread for baking in a bread machine. For best results we like to use rice milk, olive oil and brown sugar in this recipe but you can swap these for any vegan milk, oil and sugar all of which vary the loaf slightly.

|sugar||1 tbsp||1½ tbsp|
|salt||1 tsp||1½ tsp|
|oil||6 tbsp||9 tbsp|

|quick yeast||2 tsp||3 tsp|
