Easy Vegan Chocolate Brownie

Makes 12-15 brownies

Easy to bake and almost as easy to eat! These brownies can be made with any kind of milk or oil. Store your cooked brownies in a tin, if they last long enough!

Free from Gluten, Egg, Soya, Wheat, Nuts
Vegetarian, Vegan

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Line a 20x15cm/8x6” baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Empty the brownie mix into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the vegan milk and stir into a batter.
  5. Add the oil and beat until combined.
  6. Tip the mixture into the prepared tin, spreading it out to the edges.
  7. Bake for 14-17 minutes.
  8. When cold cut into squares or rectangles.
