Easy Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Brownie

Makes 12-15 brownies

Easy to bake and almost as easy to eat! These brownies are made with FREEE Chocolate Brownie Mix and any kind of milk or oil. Store your cooked brownies in a tin - if they last long enough!

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Rub some oil around the inside of a 20x15cm/8x6” baking tray or insert a baking liner.
  3. Empty the chocolate brownie mix into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the vegan milk and stir into a smooth batter.
  5. Add the coconut oil and beat well until combined.
  6. Tip the mixture into the prepared tray, spreading it out to the edges.
  7. Bake for 14-17 minutes.
  8. When cold cut into squares or rectangles.
