Easy Vegan American Breakfast Pancakes

Makes 12 pancakes

Just mix FREEE pancake mix with your favourite plant-based milk and a little oil to make these super easy breakfast pancakes. We like to serve these fluffy pancakes with maple syrup or a really fruity jam.

Vegetarian, Vegan, Without crystal sugar

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  • 300g FREEE Pancake Mix
  • 320ml vegan milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • oil, for pan
  • jam, fruit and pumpkin seeds to serve
  1. Empty the pancake mix into a large jug, add the milk, oil and beat well.
  2. Oil the inside of a non-stick frying pan and heat it up.
  3. Pour batter into the pan to make 8cm/3” circles.
  4. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, until the base is golden.
  5. Turn the pancakes over and cook the other side.
  6. Transfer the pancakes to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Serve with your choice of jam, fruit and pumpkin seeds.
