Easy Gluten Free Waffles

Ingredients

  • 300g FREEE Pancake Mix
  • 320ml milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • oil, for waffle machine
  • eggs to serve (optional)

Method

  1. Empty the pancake mix into a large jug, add the milk, oil and beat well.
  2. Oil the inside of the waffle machine and heat it up.
  3. Pour some batter into the waffle machine, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Quickly spread the batter out to the edges without overfilling.
  5. Cook until the waffles are golden, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the waffles to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Lightly fry or poach eggs, pop one on to each waffle and serve.
