Easy Gluten Free Crêpe Pancakes

With just three ingredients, these quick and easy gluten free crêpe pancakes are perfect for any occasion. You will never know these are gluten free!

Free from Gluten, Egg, Soya, Wheat, Nuts
Vegetarian, Without crystal sugar


Change Quantities:
  1. Empty the pancake mix into a large jug, add the milk, melted butter and beat well.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan until nice and hot.
  3. Add a few drops of oil, rolling it around to cover the surface of the pan.
  4. Pour some batter into the pan, tipping the pan so that it covers the surface.
  5. Cook on medium heat until the base is golden.
  6. Turn the crêpe over and cook the other side.
  7. Transfer the crêpes to a plate, cover and keep warm.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
