Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies with Marshmallows

Makes 12-15 brownies

These delightful gluten free brownies are an absolute treat and great if you need to bake in a hurry, and only requiring 4 ingredients.  Perfect!

Free from Gluten, Egg, Soya, Wheat, Nuts
Vegetarian, Without crystal sugar

Ingredients

Change Quantities:
  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Line a 20x25cm/8x10” baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Empty the brownie mix into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the milk and stir into a batter.
  5. Add the melted butter to the bowl and beat well until combined.
  6. Tip the mixture into the prepared tin, spreading it out to the edges.
  7. Scatter the marshmallows over the top
  8. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
  9. When cold cut into squares or rectangles.

Equipment

20x25cm/8x10” baking tray, parchment paper and mixing bowl.

Temperature

220˚C, Fan 200˚C, 425˚F, Gas 7

12-15 minutes
